Last week was easily the best week we've had this summer! We performed like we did in peak season and the bosses fell left and right. Let's keep the ball rolling!

25s Tuesday we will push hard to clear the Crimson/Frost wings leaving Plague for Wednesday. Blood Queen's Tier token is to tempting to pass up, and I know our Druid|Mage|DK|Rogue's are looking forward to the "eleventy billionth" straight token

The future of 10s Last week we had a few key people missing and as a result, we did our best to mix and match to put together two solid teams. This week it is back to business as usual. However it became clear very fast that 10s don't have the same draw as they used to. The majority of the subs opted to take the rest of the night off, which is fine, but that left one team in a bad spot as the night went on.

We've been raiding ICC for a long time and understandably it can lose that edge ... that draw that keep us coming back time and time again.

That being said; There will always be guild 10-man runs for as long as people are interested in raiding! I will find a way to make it work just as I always have! <3

This week I am going to be creating another post to get the names and specs of those who are committed each week to running 10s and from there we can ensure that each week everyone gets their fill of 10s! In addition, I'd ask everyone who doesn't want to be locked in to a 10s raid to also put their names in as stand-ins who are more than happy to jump in for a raid night when needed.

I can confirm that I need the "eleventy billionth and 1" as my OS resto tree needs 1 more token for 4 pc 264. I hear Akayla wants me to tank, might have to start an OS for my OS.

I appreciate everything you work to achieve on Tens. What I find however, is folks sign up on your who is who and then they don't show. While I am wanting to step down from the structured CM for the time being, I have still always been online when raids start. This includes my off days. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to see teams struggling to start because their team isn't showing. All it takes is 1 tank or heal to not show and the raid goes down hill quickly. More so on a 2nd day follow-up.

The other draw back is already stated in your post

You and others always stepping in to make something work, is what has tired some folks out to the point of needing a break. The guild will work, because numerous folks step in. You personally cannot continue to commit yourself or you will crash and burn also Dave.

Would also ask, if folks sign-up on your list, make sure you can stay 3 hours. Showing up for 1 hour then bailing is not going to help a 10's team. Especially, if you are in the role of healer or tank.
